Flooding in Camp Verde, Arizona, overturned motorhomes and caravans at the Verde River RV Resort and Cottages, displacing residents who are now sheltering in the resort community centre. On 2 November, Governor Hobbs issued a statewide declaration of emergency and released $200,000 in relief assistance funds. Water reached approximately 4.5–5 feet from the ground and about 2.5–3 feet on the vehicles themselves. The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office confirmed that all evacuation orders have been lifted, though affected zones remain open only to local residents and emergency services personnel.
