The Town of Orchard Park, New York, has paused enforcement of RV parking regulations on private property but will continue to enforce safety requirements. RV parking lot owners have been put on notice that the issue will be addressed in the 2027-28 timeframe. Officials said safety, egress, emergency access and sanitation rules remain in force. Permitted commercial lots must still meet site safety and inspection standards. The move follows concerns raised this autumn over RV parking on private land across from Highmark Stadium, where motorhomers gather during Buffalo Bills home games.
