On Sunday afternoon, about 150 caravans of an evangelical community illegally set up on the lawns of the Vignette stadium in Izernore. The mayor requested a prefectural evacuation order, to be served on Tuesday morning. Due to gendarme deployment for the G7 summit in Évian, rapid removal is unlikely. Sports clubs have cancelled training, and a school event scheduled for Tuesday is at risk.
