The municipality of Sopela in Biscay has adopted an ordinance recognising the right of motorhomes, campervans and caravans to park throughout the town under the same conditions as other vehicles. During high season (July–August) and Easter, up to 30 spaces are reserved for motorhomes at the Urko car park, with 11 spaces the rest of the year; continuous parking is limited to 72 hours per week.
