CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF will open on August 28 for the 65th time. More than 830 exhibitors will present their models in 15 halls and an open-air area until September 6. Manufacturers have announced over 249 new products, including the Action Mobil Global XRS 7400 Leopard expedition vehicle on a MAN chassis weighing 26 tons, the compact aluminum Airstreamⓘ caravan (5.28 m long, first time in Europe), and the fully electric Eifelland Relax camper with an 87 kWh battery and a range of up to 460 km.
Ticket prices: weekends €20, weekdays €18, reduced €2 less, children €6, afternoon €12, preview on Aug 28 €39 (reduced €35). Last year, 270,000 visitors from over 80 countries attended.
However, bankruptcies among rental providers and dealers have increased before the show, causing concern. According to organizers, the industry is not on the verge of a downturn. The industry also sees a decline in new motorhome registrations, which could lead to discounts for buyers. In 2025, campsites recorded 56 million overnight stays and motorhome parking areas 20 million.
Among the new products are models with improved aerodynamics and increased living space. Manufacturers are focusing on electrification and enhanced comfort.
