South African company Bushwakka has introduced the Kamelback 4 — a module for the Toyota Land Cruiser Serie 79 Double Cab that transforms the pickup into a camper. The module is priced at around $33,500 (according to one source from $33,482, according to another about $33,500), while the vehicle itself is purchased separately (from $80,000).
The 2.3-metre-long module accommodates bunk beds for four people, a kitchen with a gas stove and a 90-litre refrigerator. Standard equipment includes a 100 Ah lithium battery. Optional extras include 380 W solar panels and a shower.
