A joint inspection at the Yovkovtsi reservoir in Bulgaria found illegal campsites, open fires and waste in the sanitary zone. Caravans, camper vans, boats and tents were set up at the site, which supplies drinking water to over 250,000 people. Inspectors also found a fenced area with camper vans and caravans without permission. Violators will be fined, and inspection materials will be sent to prosecutors.
