At Namdong Industrial Complex Public Parking Lot No. 2 in Incheon, South Korea, 54 of 197 spaces are designated for caravans and campers. During work hours, only 2–3 of those spaces are occupied, while regular spots are full. Workers report increased difficulty finding parking and higher fines for illegal parking. The Namdong-gu district office says the change was based on low usage of regular spaces in previous periods and will review the allocation after two months if hourly demand remains low.
