In Brief

Starting July 1, 2026, the Namdong Industrial Complex No. 2 public parking lot in Incheon will become a mixed-use facility, with 54 of 197 spaces reserved for RVs and caravans. Applications are accepted June 10–15, with winners chosen by random draw.

The Namdong-gu City Management Corporation in Incheon, South Korea, announced the conversion of the Namdong Industrial Complex No. 2 public parking lot into a mixed-use facility for regular cars, RVs, and caravans, effective July 1, 2026.

Of the 197 parking spaces, 54 will be allocated for RVs and caravans: 41 spaces for vehicles up to 5 meters in length and 13 spaces for vehicles up to 7 meters. The move addresses growing demand for RV parking, which the existing Soraemyeongje 3 lot (80 spaces) could not fully meet.

Applications will be accepted from June 10 to 15, with users selected via random lottery. In 2026, contracts will be for six months (July to December); from 2027, they will be for 12 months. The monthly fee for RVs and caravans is set at 60,000 won (approximately $45–46), 1.5 times the standard rate for regular vehicles.
