The body is made in Poland, the chassis in Romania, and the tent in Asia. A distributor is already set in the Netherlands, with inquiries from Australia, Tanzania, and the US.

German manufacturer Knaus Tabbert has introduced the compact camper Weinsberg CaraTour 600 ME based on the Fiat Ducato 8. IMTEST conducted a comprehensive test of the vehicle. The 599 cm long and 205 cm wide camper features a pop-up roof, shower, toilet, kitchen, and sleeping accommodations. The test vehicle was priced at 72,348 euros.

Bergholm Fritidsfordon AB, a Swedish seller of motorhomes and caravans, reported financial results for the second quarter of 2026. Revenue amounted to SEK 162.6 million (SEK 178.9 million a year earlier), while operating profit (EBIT) rose to SEK 10.4 million (SEK 5.7 million), corresponding to a margin of 6.5% (3.1%). The improvement was driven by stronger gross margin, cost control, and inventory management. The company signed an exclusive five-year agreement with Knaus Tabbert AG to enter the Norwegian market and expanded its Swedish dealer network by partnering with Bilstallet i Sverige AB in Ljungby.

Knaus Tabbert has introduced an updated Vivaldi caravan range. The Vivaldi 550 E 2,3 has a permissible weight of 1800 kg, allowing it to be towed with a B-category license under certain conditions. The caravan features an intelligent stabilization system, a hidden kitchen with an induction hob, and a rotating bathroom. The base price is approximately 944,000 CZK.

Knaus Tabbert has unveiled the updated Weinsberg CaraCompact Edition Pepper for the 2026 model year. The semi-integrated motorhome is offered in three floorplans: 580 MEG (6.30 m) at €66,990, 600 MF at €67,990, and 600 MEG with twin beds at €68,990. All versions feature a redesigned rear panel with increased garage volume, LED taillights, a pull-out bench for the lounge area, and an upgraded bathroom with a swivel partition. Standard equipment includes a 153-litre compressor fridge (in the 600 MF), soft-close drawers, and an optional 230 V socket in the garage.

Knaus Tabbert AG has issued a recall of approximately 14,000 motorhomes due to a faulty weld on the Isofix bracket, which could cause a child seat to detach. According to the KBA, models Van, Boxlife, Tourer Van, Sky, Boxtime and Sun Live from model years 2017 to 2026 are affected; equivalent white-label products from Eurocar and Brinkmann may also be included. Use of the Isofix anchor points is prohibited until inspected at authorized workshops, where the bracket will be replaced if necessary. The recall is being conducted under manufacturer code 2601.

The lineup includes the premium semi-integrated Sky TI motorhome on a VW Crafter base, the Nordwind caravan range, an updated Weinsberg CaraCompact Pepper, and the return of the Tabbert Vivaldi caravan in four variants. Prices for the Sky TI are expected below €100,000, while the CaraCompact 580 MEG starts at €66,900.

Bürstner is ending caravan production to focus on motorhomes and camper vans. At Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, it will show new models, including the Signature series from €94,000.
