Wanju County (Jeollabuk-do, South Korea) has completed the replacement of eight old caravans at Mugunghwa Auto Camping with new units. The project cost 500 million won.
The new caravans feature improved heating and air conditioning systems, a modern kitchen, and a reinforced outdoor terrace. Each can accommodate up to 6 people. The upgrade aims to enhance visitor comfort and safety, and to promote long-stay tourism.
The renovated caravans will begin operation on July 6, 2026. Reservations can be made via the Soopnadeul (Forest Nadeul) platform. The campsite is about 2.5 hours from Seoul and less than an hour from Jeonju and Daejeon.
