Swansea Council has secured planning permission for 10 motorhome bays at the Fabian Way park and ride. Stays will be limited to 96 hours, with water and drainage provided but no electric hook-ups. The motorhome area, fire buffer zones and service area will occupy 84 spaces, reducing total capacity from 497 to 413. The park and ride was 19% full on average during 2025-26. Tourism's economic impact in Swansea last year was £696m.
