The municipality of Sanremo has handed over the Pian di Poma camper area to Oit, a company owned by the Catto family. Green Park features 96 pitches for motorhomes, a public park with children's playgrounds, a dog area, a restaurant, and over a thousand trees. The total area is nearly 10,000 square meters. The stop is intended for transit campers, with a maximum stay of 36 hours. The 24-hour tariff ranges from €39 to €52 depending on the season. The project was carried out under a public-private partnership (project financing), with an investment of about €4 million. The concession is for 33 years.
