Himeji City in Hyogo Prefecture has acquired five toilet trailers equipped with Western-style flush toilets. Three are women-only, and two are barrier-free with electric lifts allowing wheelchair users to enter multi-purpose toilets. During normal times, they will be stationed at Himeji Castle and the city hall main building, and used at city-sponsored events.

Guests have unlimited access to an on-site public bathhouse with a sauna featuring automatic steam injection. Rates start at 20,000 yen per person per night with two meals.
