The Leaking Well public house has submitted a planning application to convert 1,999 square metres of amenity land into a caravan site. The proposal includes eight holiday caravans, two parking spaces per unit (16 total), a utility block with male, female and accessible WCs plus a laundry, communal refuse and recycling facilities, and low-level lighting. The application, reference W/26/01880/FUL, is open for consultation until October 29 on the Wychavon planning portal. A similar scheme was granted permission in 2014 but was not fully realised due to financial constraints faced by the former owners.
