The Caravanserei project in Oranienburg-Schmachtenhagen will launch 30 tiny houses as hotel accommodation from July 2026. Production takes 10–12 weeks, with three finish levels from shell to turnkey. A new workshop, Eron Werk III, opened in Gardelegen in January 2026, producing houses measuring 5.40×2.50 m. Growth is hindered by zoning uncertainty and infrastructure disputes: Paderborn rejected a dedicated tiny-house zone, and in the US neighbors sued over odor from a chemical toilet.
