Anglesey County Council has approved an extension to Maes Carafanau Penbryn touring caravan park in North Wales, adding 11 new pitches for self-contained motorhomes and touring caravans. This follows a successful appeal in June 2024 for 43 pitches. Owner Richard Evans noted the park won a national award from Campsites.co.uk as the best new touring caravan park in the UK, driving demand for more pitches.
