The German automobile club ACV has published a guide with ten key recommendations for winter camping with motorhomes. The tips cover vehicle insulation, protecting water systems, ensuring heating and gas supply, and the mandatory use of winter tires. The guide also advises checking local regulations for winter equipment when traveling abroad, as countries like Austria and Italy have situational requirements for chains or winter tires.
