German broadcaster WDR has produced a documentary about a camper trip through the southwestern United States. Host Valentin Rahmel and two friends traveled to Sequoia National Park, Death Valley and the Grand Canyon.
In Death Valley, temperatures reached nearly 50°C. The trip ended in Las Vegas, where the participants jumped from the 250-meter-high Stratosphere tower.
The program is scheduled to air on June 7, 2026, and will also be available in the ARD Mediathek.
