Motorhome registrations surge in Sweden

In Sweden, on Östra Kustvägen between Kabusa and Hammar, a motorhome caught fire on the morning of May 30, 2026. A young tourist couple woke up to the smell of smoke and tried to extinguish the fire, but it was too late. The preliminary cause is a technical fault. The motorhome was completely destroyed.

Roller Team and Nobel Art are recalling several motorhome models produced between July 2025 and February 2026. The recall is due to a factory assembly defect where the grey water tank may come loose while driving, posing a serious accident risk.
