A blogger has begun a three-part series about a three-day camper van trip visiting Shinto shrines in the Tokai region. The first part covers Atsuta Shrine in Nagoya and Hakuryu Shrine in the city's Nakamura ward. The night before the visit was spent at the Okazaki SA parking area in Aichi Prefecture, which was busy even late at night. At Atsuta Shrine the author noted a large camphor tree said to be over a thousand years old, while photography is prohibited inside Hakuryu Shrine, so no images from there are published.
