Purchase story
French pensioners Marie L. Mangin and her husband bought a used compact 1990s camper at a motor show, planning to travel after retirement.
Problems on trips
During their first trips, they discovered a faulty generator and microwave that the seller had not disclosed. They had to take things out of the camper to save space and bring them back in due to the risk of theft. Mangin, who is 1.52 m tall, kept hitting her head on the cabinets.
Sale
After minimal repairs, the couple sold the camper and fully recouped their investment.
