They say the vehicle was returned to the dealership after barely 100 km due to faults including a broken boiler, faulty wipers, shutters and water leaks through roof windows. They continue to pay a loan of about €700 per month and are seeking cancellation of the sale. The dealer says the motorhome is compliant and roadworthy, and has offered a full refund.
