Delia Torres from Lobos, Buenos Aires Province, converted a 1991 Renault 11 into a camper after the pandemic by removing the front passenger seat, installing a single bed with storage underneath, a small kitchen with a stove and water containers, and a portable chemical toilet. Her first trip was to a camper gathering in General Belgrano, about 100 km from Lobos, in 2021; later she traveled to Las Grutas in Río Negro for 15 days and in 2023 to Chajarí in Entre Ríos, continuing through Corrientes, Misiones, Iguazú Falls and Moconá Falls. In 2024 she traveled to Catamarca and completed a 40-day tour of northern provinces, including part of Route 40 and Iruya, after which she switched to an adapted Citroën Berlingo with improved thermal insulation.
