Carlos Lami, an electrician from Argentina, fulfilled his lifelong dream by traveling Ruta 40 in a motorhome he built himself with his nephew. The plan focuses on creating water supply points, wastewater treatment systems, and designated overnight parking areas, along with environmental sustainability measures. The goal is to position Neuquén as one of the best-prepared destinations for RV tourism in Patagonia.
