In the Netherlands, insurer NKC imposes stricter security requirements for campers valued at €75,000 and above, requiring an approved alarm system with window etching or a gearbox/steering lock in addition to an immobilizer. It is crucial that the required system is installed and activated; otherwise, theft coverage may be denied.
