Euromaster advises checking three key systems before a trip in a motorhome, caravan or camper: tires, brakes and suspension. These vehicles often weigh more than 3,500 kg, increasing strain on components. Tires should have C or CP markings, and pressure should be checked monthly. Brake fluid should be replaced every two years, and suspension components such as shock absorbers and springs should be inspected.
