Adenora, 27, from Brittany lives year-round in a converted camper van and reports monthly expenses of around 900 euros. In a report on France 2's Envoyé spécial she said the sum covers only fuel, food and visits, not insurance, maintenance or repairs. Converting the van cost 13,000 euros and took nine months of work with her mother. She has driven 42,000 km around France and usually changes location every two days. In Ardèche last summer police fined her for wild camping while she was parked on a hiking car park.
