The Nidwalden cantonal police (Switzerland) held its second Camper Day in Stans. The event attracted about 70 owners of motorhomes, campers and trailer combinations.
The focus was on checking total weight and axle loads to detect overloading. Participants had their vehicles weighed for free and received advice on loading rules, cargo securing and driving licence categories.
The event was organised jointly with the road safety centre, TCS and the camping club.
