The Lompoc City Council is considering an ordinance that would exempt RVs with valid parking permits from the 72-hour street parking limit, but would prohibit them from remaining in the same location for 21 or more consecutive days. The proposal also extends the enforcement window for other vehicles from 48 hours to 14 days after the 72-hour period expires. Changes would take effect after the ordinance completes the approval process.
