In Ceredigion, Wales, plans to relocate 47 caravan pitches to the village of Maenygroes near New Quay have been recommended for refusal for the third time. The application by Vale Holiday Parks Ltd involves moving 17 caravans from Wern Mill and 30 from The Village Holiday Park to Ocean Heights. Local council Llanllwchaearn opposes the scheme, citing a doubling of site area, road safety concerns, and infrastructure strain. An officer report states the site is not sustainable due to limited services and car dependency.
