Despite city efforts, the number of RVs parked on Palo Alto streets has remained steady or increased in recent months, according to resident Bob Marinaro's counts. After a low of 131 in March, the count rose to 143 by June 9. The city has acknowledged issues with noise and sanitation, and reported 77 tows and 19 citations for illegal RV rentals from October through April.
