VALA (02051), through its subsidiary Hangzhou Wala Network Technology, signed an agreement with SAIC Maxus RV Technology to jointly develop the VALA HOUSE model on the Maxus Dana chassis. Two versions are planned: fully electric and extended-range electric (EREV). Hangzhou Wala will handle customization and component development, while SAIC Maxus will manage technical verification, certification, and production. VALA will be the exclusive customization partner, with the model branded as "Maxus" and featuring the "vala house" logo.
Additionally, VALA and Wuling Industries agreed to jointly develop a camper based on the Wuling Zhiguang EV. The parties will collaborate on personalization, component development, and production, with VALA obtaining exclusive rights to customize and sell the finished model under the name "vala kcar".
