Galician company Vancubic, specializing in modular solutions for converting vans into living spaces, has raised €500,000 from funds Eoniq.fund, Faraday and Attico Ventures. The funds will be used for European expansion: opening a center in Forlì (Italy) and developing a distributor network in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, Hungary, Albania, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo and Iceland.
Production has moved to the Valadares technology park (2,300 sq m), and the workforce has grown to 20 employees. The company's system can convert a van into a living space in less than an hour. Vancubic has also started adapting its modules for digital nomad offices and cycling solutions.
