The Rush Camper travel trailer concept comes from the industrial designer Arina Arkharova. It first appeared in 2021 and still looks fresh today.
Outside and on site
The body has fluid, almost seamless lines and a large windshield that sweeps far down at the front. Seams on the roof and on the lower rear section mark moving parts: once at camp, the upper and lower rear sections unfold to create a small patio with an overhang. The kitchen sits right next to it and opens to the outside. An awning on the camping side provides space for a table and chairs. The entrance is on the right-hand side of the vehicle; there is apparently no direct passage from the kitchen into the interior.
Kitchen and interior
The kitchen has rounded, soft shapes: a continuous worktop, integrated appliances, a cooktop, a sink with a tap, a fridge and lighting above. Inside, under the large windshield, a modular lounge with two facing benches and a table in the middle converts into a bed at night. The drawings also show a second drop-down bed. Further back, two larger blocks stand in the centre: one is storage, the other houses the bathroom with a washing area, a shower and a hidden toilet. The concept also includes independent suspension with trailing A-arms and a planned solar supply for off-grid use.
