NOCTI Camper Based on Mitsubishi Delica D:5 Debuts in Tokyo

Kato Motor, in collaboration with Sanjo Mitsubishi Motor Sales, has introduced the NOCTI camper van built on the Mitsubishi Delica D:5. The vehicle will debut and go on sale July 11–12, 2026 at the Tokyo Camping Car Show 2026. It features a 2.2L diesel engine and S-AWC all-wheel drive, with standard dimensions (4800×1815×1875 mm) for urban parking. The third-row seats are removed, allowing conversion into a sleeping area for two. The NOCTI M grade includes a 600 Ah lithium-ion battery and a 12V air conditioner.

Kato Motor (Tsubame) in cooperation with Sanjo Mitsubishi Motors (Sanjo) on April 10 unveiled the Nocti camper based on the Mitsubishi Delica D: minivan. The vehicle retains the factory body and is marketed as a 'full-fledged overnight model suitable for daily use'. It will be displayed at the Tokyo Camper Show 2026 starting April 11 and then go on sale. The rear interior is converted into a fully flat sleeping area by removing the third-row seats and combining with the second row.
