On May 18, Jayco opened a remodeled 4,400 sq ft fitness facility named after Cindy Hawkins, daughter of founders Lloyd and Bertha Bontrager. Hawkins, a physical education graduate, initiated the company's first employee gym and wellness program. The 24-hour center features cardio equipment, free weights, and locker rooms, with 2,000 employees registered for access. It completes Jayco's holistic health campus, which also includes occupational and family health centers that have saved employees over $2 million since opening.
