Japan C.R.C., the largest camper rental service in Japan, has announced the completion of a nationwide deployment of 20 Happy1 Premium units across ten rental locations. The rollout was completed on March 31, 2026, with new locations added in New Chitose and Aomori-Hachinohe.
The Happy1 Premium is compact, sleeps four people, and is currently the most popular model among foreign visitors, according to the company. The service allows customers to return the vehicle at a location different from where they picked it up, catering to demand for one-way rentals between regions.
