Japan Airlines (JAL) and its subsidiary JAL Airtech have launched a camper van rental service for foreign tourists. The service, branded JAPAN RV TRAVELLER, started on April 1 and is based at Narita Airport. The company partners with manufacturer VANTECH and plans to expand the service to other airports across Japan.
Rental costs start from 19,800 yen per day. Bookings are available on the website in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Miles are accrued for using the service.
