In the first half of the year, new caravan registrations in Czechia rose 28% year-on-year to 1,229 units, approaching the record 1,300 in 2021. Lukáš Janoušek, founder of Nomiverse, attributes the growth to a changing clientele: now younger people and families, not just retirees. Campiri, part of Nomiverse, survived a conflict with German competitor FreewayCamper, which went insolvent in 2025, after which Campiri was bought back by Janoušek without venture capital funds.
