French brand Carapate has introduced the Caravelle, a wooden accommodation module without a chassis or wheels that stands on four legs. The marine plywood structure weighs 275 kg, sleeps two and must be transported on a trailer or in a pickup bed; it requires firm ground for setup. Inside are a modular mattress, shelves, USB ports, LED lighting and a 'Little Angel' option for a child. Unlike the classic Carapate trailer, the Caravelle has no integrated kitchen. Pricing starts at 11,715 euros.
