Swedish motorhome and caravan importer and distributor Bergholm Fritidsfordon has announced plans for a public share offering and listing on the Spotlight Stock Market. The offering, expected to consist of new shares, is anticipated in March 2026, with net proceeds aimed at strengthening working capital and business expansion. In 2025, the company's revenue grew by 44.2% to SEK 586 million, with a pre-tax profit of SEK 17.2 million.
