Areano (Tokyo) has started selling skeleton-spec trailer homes for professionals and opened recruitment for partner companies across Japan. The units come without interior or exterior finishes, allowing partners to customize them locally. The wheeled chassis requires no foundation and can be placed in areas where conventional construction is difficult. An online briefing for prospective partners is scheduled for October 27, 2026.
