AEONrv, founded by software engineer Jim Ritchie and partner Lars Severin, has reached revenue of about $20 million. The motorhome is built on a petrol Ford Transit chassis with a fully electric living cell, solar panels, lithium batteries and Starlink connectivity. The entry model is priced at $229,500 and sold directly to customers without dealers, with about eight vehicles delivered per month. The company grew 4,231% over three years, ranked 66th on the Inc. 5000 list and has delivered more than 150 vehicles. The US motorhome market has fallen 43% since 2021, while AEONrv remains profitable.
