The investigation began in September after the trailer was taken on September 2; the suspect used a newer-model dark Dodge Ram Rebel pickup truck. The suspect is described as a white male with a large build and a brown beard, wearing a black baseball cap, black T-shirt, black shorts, black shoes, glasses, and a black band around his left arm. Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor police.
