In Kressbronn (Lake Constance district), a tree fell on several motorhomes during a severe thunderstorm. The approximately 30-metre tree snapped in the middle due to gusts of wind on Wednesday afternoon, a police spokesperson said. A family was inside one of the motorhomes at the time and managed to free themselves. No injuries were reported. Damage is estimated at around 150,000 euros.
