Residents along Washington Boulevard in Venice have complained to police about RVs parked overnight in front of their homes, citing loud generators, urine and waste on the sidewalk, and strong fumes. They are asking for ticketing and towing of the vehicles for violating city and state nuisance laws, as well as posted no-parking hours from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
