Gyrocopter damages motorhome during emergency landing on highway B4 in Bavaria

The 'Hassberge-Chalets' project in Kirchlauter, Bavaria, comprises eight tiny holiday homes of 24 sqm each. All houses are already in place; furnishing is scheduled for next week, followed by landscaping. The village is expected to be ready by autumn. Knaus Tabbert has introduced the Nordwind caravan for the 2027 model year, designed for use beyond the traditional summer season. The document covers land selection, water and electricity connections, and furniture arrangement. Chairman Randolph Lien advises residents of Karlsruhe and the surrounding area.

Models such as the Niesmann+Bischoff iSmove (from €123,000), Hymer B-ML I BlackLine (from €181,815), Morelo Palace (from €285,900), and Adria Supersonic (from €161,149) feature kitchens, king-size bedrooms, smart home systems, and lithium batteries.

The 14-meter Polar Glacier, a one-off motorhome built in Sweden in 2008, remains unsold. Equipped with a dishwasher, underfloor heating, a sauna, and three sleeping areas, it weighs nearly 3.5 tons and requires a heavy-duty tow vehicle. An auction failed to secure a sale: the highest bid of €26,000 fell far short of the owner's minimum of €125,000. Its length makes it impractical for most campsites, severely limiting the pool of potential buyers.
