David and Karen Cozens of Minehead died on September 30 when their Mazda Bongo camper van was involved in a head-on collision with a Volvo HGV lorry on the A358 near Combe Florey. Mr Cozens, 52, was driving and Mrs Cozens, 60, was a passenger; both died at the scene from multiple injuries. An inquest opened by Somerset area coroner Vanessa McKinlay in Taunton on October 12 was adjourned, with hearings for both deaths scheduled for May 12.
