Gas bottles explode in a motorhome fire on the A9 highway

On May 5 at around 2:30 PM, a fire broke out in a motorhome traveling towards Nîmes near Fournès, Gard, on the A9 highway. By the time emergency services arrived, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames, with gas bottles exploding and debris scattered across the central lane. Both occupants managed to escape unharmed. In Coarraze, municipal workers clean up the Chênaie site after caravans leave

About a hundred caravans belonging to the travelling community, illegally parked on the Chênaie site, left the area on Sunday, June 7, in the afternoon. The departure was calm. Car and motorhome collide on RD 619
